Following Step-by-Step Instructions

This week, 3C has been developing an important key skill: following step-by-step instructions.

We have been putting our listening, concentration and sequencing skills into practice through fun, hands-on activities. The children enjoyed building LEGO models by following step-by-step instructions, carefully looking at each stage and checking that their pieces were in the correct place. 

We also had lots of fun making our own play dough! The children followed the instructions in order, measured and mixed the ingredients, and watched as they transformed into play dough ready for creating and exploring.
